Summary
The Customer Experience Coordinator at KalBlue Group plays an important role in ensuring every customer interaction reflects KalBlue Group’s commitment to quality, consistency, and service excellence. This position serves as a central point of coordination between customers, sales, and operations teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, growth-minded environment.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of their projects.

Enter estimates and orders for customers in the KalBlue Group ERP system.

Proactively communicate order status, timelines, and next steps to meet customer deadlines.

Work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure coordinated service delivery.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure customer orders meet KalBlue Group’s quality and service standards.

Assist other departments during peak workload periods to support overall business success.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.

Demonstrate and uphold KalBlue Group’s Core Values in every task and interaction.
Qualifications

A minimum of a high school diploma
-
1 year of experience in customer service, customer experience, or a related role.

Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft 365.

Experience in printing and/or promotional products is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Technical Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat

Comfortable using business management and order systems including CRMs.
Mathematical and Reasoning Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole. numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Understanding basic math and calculations.

Ability to apply sound judgment to interpret and resolve problems.
Work Environment

Office-based role with regular computer and phone use.

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods; occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
